SBI Life Insurance is among the most reputable life insurance companies in India, with 947 offices, 18,236 employees, a massive and effective individual operative platform of approximately 143,232 agents, 60 corporate agents, a ubiquitous insurance channel of 14 partners, over 27,000 alliance branch offices, 108 brokers, and other insurance marketing companies. The company has recently announced 4 important updates via its Twitter handle "SBI Life Cares" for its customers.

SBI Life Cares has tweeted on 27th October 2021 that "Swindlers can scam you by tricking you into revealing your policy and other important details. If you experience anything like this, report it on info@sbilife.co.in or call us on toll-free 1800 267 9090." This implies that it is always the best practice to keep your policy-related details secure and for a matter of confidentiality you should be careful of who you share your policy details with.
Via its another Tweet, SBI Life Cares has said "To switch between funds in your SBI Life policy, log onto our customer self-service portal, select the 'Fund Switch' option and proceed with your transaction." For the convenience of its customers especially senior citizens, SBI Life allows an option of 'Fund Switch'. This option allows policyholders to transfer their investment between funds and alter their premium allocation anytime and from anywhere. By visiting https://www.sbilife.co.in/en/services?utm_source=Twitter&utm_medium=Fund%20Switch&utm_campaign=service%20update policyholders can click on 'Fund Switch'.
SBI policy fund holders can also access their policy details at any time and from anywhere, as the insurance giant stated on Twitter that "Access your policy fund details at your convenience. Login through our customer self-service portal or give us a missed call 022 62458501." And not only this, but SBI policyholders can also manage and handle their policy on WhatsApp just by giving a missed call on +919029006575. SBI is offering the following services through its missed call services. To find out the value of your fund, give a missed call on 022-62458501. To get a Premium Paid Certificate, give a missed call to 022-62458504. To contact a customer care representative for Offline Product Purchase, you can give a missed call on 022-62458508. To get an update on Policy Not Received, call 022-62458502 and leave a missed call. To get an update on Renewal Premium Payment, give a missed call on 022-62458511. You can also give a missed call from the policy's registered mobile number. Within 24 hours, you will receive the Premium paid certificate on your registered email address.
SBI Life via its another Tweet said "Use our missed call service facility for real-time information on your SBI Life policy." With effect from 30.09.2021 the missed call numbers for quick policy servicing of SBI Life Insurance have been changed. Hence, policyholders are now required to give a missed call on 022-62458501 to know their fund value, 022-62458502 in case of policy not received and 022-62458504 to get a premium paid certificate.
