The West Bengal government has launched the Banglar Yuva Sathi Scheme to provide financial support to unemployed youth in the state. - Must have completed Madhyamik (Class 10) or equivalent education.
- Must be currently unemployed.
- Should not already receive benefits under other state welfare schemes (except educational scholarships).

The government has provided both online and offline application options:
To Apply Online:
Visit the official portal: banglaryuvasathi.gov.in or wb.gov.in/banglar-yuva-sathi.aspx.
Register using a valid mobile number and verify it with an OTP.
Enter personal details, including Class X marks and Aadhaar-linked bank account information.
Upload the required documents: passport-size photo, Class X marksheet, and Aadhaar copy.
Submit the application to receive a unique application ID for tracking.
How To Apply Offline
Collect forms from Duare Sarkar camps held in assembly constituencies between 15 February and 26 February.
Alternatively, visit municipal offices or Youth Service offices, where staff will assist in filling out forms.
Submit completed forms along with supporting documents.
