The State Bank of India (SBI) has introduced a service that allows senior citizens to receive their pension slips via WhatsApp. The feature, described by SBI as a 'hassle-free' service, will allow pensioners to obtain their pension slip from the comfort of their own home by sending 'Hi' to a mobile number via WhatsApp.

You can now receive your pension slip via WhatsApp! Get convenient service at your leisure by sending a "Hello" " To use the service. Just send a WhatsApp message to +91 9022690226." Following your 'Hello,' the bank will send you a message with three options: Balance Enquiry, Mini Statement, and Pension Slip. Select Pension Slip and enter the month for which you want the slip.
