What is amazon pay balance?

Amazon Pay balance is a digital payment solution provided by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited that can be used to make online purchases on Amazon.in. Money and Gifts & Credits are two different components of balance. As a result, the total Amazon Pay balance equals Money + Gifts & Credits. Money stores all of your Amazon Pay balance, whereas Gifts and Credits stores your Gift Card balance as well as any cashbacks or refunds that are issued to you.

How to add money to amazon pay balance?

You can top up your Amazon Pay Balance with any debit or credit card, as well as Amazon Pay UPI and net banking. To load your Amazon Pay Balance, follow the steps outlined below.

• Open the Amazon app and select "Amazon Pay" from the top bar of the homepage.
• Now, select or enter the amount you want to add to your Amazon Pay account by clicking the "Add Money" button.
• Click "Continue" and then choose a payment method from Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.
• Complete the payment, and the amount will be added to your Amazon Pay Balance immediately.

Making payment to a merchant:

• On the Amazon Pay dashboard, click the "Scan & Pay" icon.
• Any UPI QR code can be scanned. Check that the QR code fits within the scanning frame. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code from the images in your gallery.
• Once the QR code is detected by the scanner, enter the payee's name and the amount.
• You can choose "Amazon Pay Balance" from the available payment methods, enter the amount, and proceed to complete the payment without entering any additional MPIN.

Fund transfer via Send Money options

• On the Amazon Pay Dashboard, click the "Send Money" icon.
• To send money from your Amazon Pay balance, use any of the following methods: Account transfer to a recipient: Send an email to a contact, Send to a UPI ID/ wallet that supports UPI. Transfer to a bank account:, Recent Transactions:
• Enter the amount after verifying the payee's name.
• To complete the transaction without entering any additional MPIN, click 'Pay Now.'
