Bank customers can now access banking services via WhatsApp. Aside from SBI, HDFC Bank has now launched HDFC WhatsApp Banking Service for its customers. Customers of HDFC can now contact the company via WhatsApp for loan service assistance or to request a call back for a new loan.
What is Home Loan?
A home loan is a secured loan that a customer can use to purchase a home. The property could be a developer's under-construction or ready property, a resale property, the construction of a housing unit on a plot of land, the improvement and extension of an existing house, or the transfer of your existing home loan from another financial institution to HDFC. A home loan is repaid in equated monthly instalments (EMI), which include a portion of the borrowed principal plus interest.
