All complaints received by SEBI against listed companies and SEBI registered intermediaries are dealt through SCORES.
To file complaints at the portal, first, you need to register on the SCORES portal. You should first note that while registering, it is mandatory to provide details such as Name, E-mail Address, Address of Correspondence, PAN, and Mobile Number (for Receiving SMS).
How To File Complaints on the SCORES Portal?
Visit "Complaint Registration" under "Investor Corner" and follow the required steps to register your complaint. A PDF file up to 2MB in size may also be included as a supporting document in filing the complaints.
You'll be asked if you've already brought up the matter with the firm when you file the complaint. If the answer is "No", the entity will receive the complaint first. After that, the business has 30 days to reply to the investor. If you select "Yes," SEBI will get your complaint directly.
