As digitalization in India is growing with time, people are embracing digital services. In the past 2-3 years, the UPI has witnessed rapid growth, all thanks to digitalisation. The use of digital services to do any banking tasks gets a major boost. Consequently, this allowed us to transfer money to anyone, wherever.
UPI also saves a lot of time and allows us to send & receive money from anywhere, whenever and to whoever we want to. After the corona period, people began using UPI and net banking extensively. Since UPI makes it simple to conduct transactions and maintain accounting records, it is used by everyone. People's life has been made easier by UPI because they no longer need to carry cash or visit the bank to send money to anyone. However, it is simple, people are still having a lot of issues with it because everything has two sides to it and so is UPI. One of them is the wrong UPI transaction at the wrong address or the wrong transaction amount.

According to RBI, money can be reimbursed within 48 hours if it is ever transferred to the incorrect account. However, you can also raise the wrong UPI transaction complaint with the National Payment Corporation Of India (NPCI).
