You can add multiple bank accounts to PhonePe, but only one of them can be designated as the primary bank account. How to withdraw money from a PhonePe wallet?
- On your phone, open the PhonePe app.
- Click on My Money.
- In the Wallets/Gift Vouchers section, tap PhonePe Wallet.
- At the top of the screen, select the Withdrawal tab.
- Drag the wallet icon down and place it on top of the bank icon.
Minimum KYC User
As a minimum KYC user, you cannot withdraw your wallet balance to your bank account under current RBI guidelines. Instead, you can make payments from the PhonePe app using your wallet balance. If you still want to withdraw your wallet balance, you can do so by closing the wallet and withdrawing the balance.
Full KYC User
PhonePe does not currently use Full KYC. You will not be able to top up or withdraw your wallet balance if you are a Full-KYC user. Instead, you can make payments from the PhonePe app using your wallet balance. If you still want to withdraw your wallet balance, you can do so by closing the wallet and withdrawing the balance.
