You will not be able to earn Reward Points for the following charges/transactions/activities:

• Balance Transfers, Balance Transfers on EMI.
• Cash advances (Domestic and Foreign)
• Easymoney
• Encash
• ATM Withdrawals
• Financial charges
• e-Wallet loading transactions
• Purchases made at gas stations/service stations
• Any charges incurred prior to the enrollment date
• Accelerated Reward Points for merchants Metro Cash & Carry, Reliance Market, and Walmart on SBI Elite /Signature Card, SimplySAVE Card, and SBI Prime / Platinum Card under Departmental Stores and Grocery Stores & Supermarkets.

What are the redemption fees for the SBI Card?

We hereby inform you that the redemption of Reward Points will incur a charge of Rs.99.00 plus applicable taxes on your SBI Card account in the case of gift redemption and statement credit.

Can I combine my reward points from different cards or transfer them from one card account to another?

You cannot transfer or add Reward Points from one SBI Card to another. Reward points can only be redeemed on the SBI Card from which they were earned.
