1 Stock Split And 1 Dividend, Bonus Issue Announcement To Take Note Of

Alongside, quarterly announcements, companies are also announcing stock split, dividend and other corporate actions. Likewise, there is an announcement in this regard made by listed concerns.

1. Ashnisha Industries:

This is a trading entity currently restricted for trading. This is on account of GSM or the surveillance measure. In its board meet yesterday, the stock announced stock split and in the filing said, "fixed the record date as Thursday,3rd June, 2022, for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the purpose of stock split/sub-division under Regulation 42(2) of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations. 2015".

The split shall be from a FV of Rs. 10 to Rs. 1 i.e. in the ratio of 10:1.

 

2. Minda Industries:

The mid cap auto ancillary firm announced record date for bonus and dividend. For both the corporate actions i.e. issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 and final dividend of Rs. 1, the ex-date is July 7, 2022, while the record date is July 8, 2022.

It is hereby informed that the Record Date has been fixed as Friday, 08 July, 2022, for the purpose of (1) taking the record of eligible shareholders/beneficial owners for payment of final equity dividend and dividend on 0.01% non-convertible preference shares (unlisted), as may be approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company and; (2) determining the eligibility of shareholders/beneficial owners, who shall be entitled to receive the Bonus shares, as may be, approved by the shareholders through the process of Postal Ballot. The postal ballot results would be announced on 30th June, 2022.
