Rolta, through its subsidiary, Rolta International, Inc. has acquired AT Solutions Group, LLC, the parent of AdvizeX Technologies, a US Company that provides total solutions consisting of hardware, software, and specialized advisory and technology services for implementing cutting-edge IT strategies like Cloud computing and Virtual Data Centers.
"The consideration for this transaction is about US$ 32 million, including escrows and earnouts," Rolta has stated in a release issued to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Rolta is a leading provider of innovative IT solutions for many vertical segments, including Federal and State Governments, Defense and Homeland Security, Utilities, Process, Power, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, and Healthcare. These enterprise level solutions are built around Rolta's intellectual property and domain expertise to offer unique business intelligence for impactful insights for effective decision making.
Shares of Rolta India were trading marginally up by 1% at Rs 65 on the National Stock Exchange.
