Air Asia India has expanded its fleet to include a new Airbus A320 which will be stationed at the Tata Sons-AirAsia invested domestic carriers' third-base station Kolkata. The new aircraft will enable the carrier to increase the frequency between Kolkata and Bagdogra as well as include new routes.

As a result, the carrier has announced new routes that include direct flights from Kolkata to Guwahati, Imphal, Pune and Vishakapatnam.

The new AirAsia India direct daily routes will become operational from May 11, 2018. Under the offer, as per the website of the carrier, the tickets can be booked till April 15, 2018 and the window for the same opens tomorrow early morning. In order to avail the promotional offer on the new direct routes of AirAsia, the ticket has to be booked in advance. For the Kolkata-Pune route, the promotional fare price will be Rs. 3,499

The limited seats offer shall not be available for all new direct route flights.
