Adani Energy Solutions share price today: Adani Energy Solutions Limited shares fell nearly 1.3% during Tuesday's intraday trade, a day after the announcement of the second quarter result for the financial year 2025-26. Adani Energy Solutions had reported a 21% year-on-year decline in its net profit to Rs 535 crore.
Adani Energy shares opened lower and dipped around 1.5% during Tuesday's opening trade, but recovered in the next thirty minutes. The company scrip was down 0.68% at Rs 939.80 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 1,13,371.05 crore.

Adani Energy Q2 Result Recap
Adani Energy Solutions Limited's consolidated profit (attributable to shareholders of the company) fell by 20.8% on a year-on-year basis to Rs 533.97 crore in Q2FY26 against Rs 674.96 crore during the same quarter of the previous financial year.
Whereas, the company's consolidated revenue surged around 7% to Rs 6,595.83 crore in Q2FY 26, against Rs 6,183.70 crore reported in the year-ago period.
Adani Energy Solutions has experienced a notable 16% increase in its total income, reaching Rs 13,793 crore in the first half of the 2025-26 financial year. This growth is attributed to stable operating performance and SCA income. In the second quarter of FY26, the company's total income rose to Rs 6,767 crore.
Adani Energy EBITDA Growth, PBT
The company's EBITDA for H1FY26 saw a 13% rise year-on-year, achieving a record Rs 4,144 crore. The profit before tax (PBT) also showed a significant increase of 25% in Q2FY26 compared to the previous year. This growth is largely due to consistent performance in transmission and distribution and an increased contribution from the smart metering business segment.
Adani Energy's consolidated operational EBITDA reached Rs 1,825 crore, marking a 9.5% growth. This was driven by advancements in both the transmission and smart meter sectors. However, the operational EBITDA for Mumbai's distribution business was lower compared to last year due to contributions from the Dahanu thermal asset being included in Q2FY25 figure

Adani Energy Solutions on Tuesday touched an intraday high mark of Rs 943.85 per share and an intraday low mark of Rs 926.4 per share. The company scrip had touched a 52-week high mark of Rs 1,090.65 per share on 6 November 2024. Whereas, the company scrip dipped to its 52-week low mark of Rs 588.25 on 27 November 2024.
