The Azim Premji Scholarship 2025 is an initiative started by the Azim Premji Foundation to empower education for girls who come from underprivileged backgrounds and are unable to pursue higher education in India. The Azim Premji Scholarship has been designed to address financial barriers, as it provides a scholarship of Rs 30,000 per year to selected students for the entire duration of their undergraduate diploma or degree courses, ranging from two to five years. The scholarship programme, first started as a trial in 2024-25, has now grown for the 2025-26 academic year to include 18 states and one Union Territory.
