Bharti Airtel Ltd., one of India's leading telecommunications companies, has announced that it will release its financial results for the second quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025, early next week. The company confirmed the development through a filing with the stock exchanges, noting that investors are closely monitoring the upcoming announcement to assess the company's financial and operational performance during the period.

The company has also scheduled its Q2 FY26 earnings call for Tuesday, November 4, 2025, to discuss the audited financial results in detail. The call is set to take place from 1 p.m. to 2:20 p.m. IST via Zoom, and participants are required to pre-register through the official link shared by Bharti Airtel.

During the session, members of the management team are expected to provide an overview of the company's financial performance, key operational highlights, and strategic outlook. A Q&A session focusing on Bharti Hexacom Ltd. will follow at 2 p.m. IST, allowing participants to engage directly with management using Zoom's "Raise Hand" feature.
Bharti Airtel Board Meeting Tomorrow
According to the filing, the Board of Directors of Bharti Airtel will convene on Monday, November 3, 2025, to review and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. While the meeting will focus on finalising the results, the company has not made any statement regarding a potential dividend declaration at this time.
In compliance with its Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading, Bharti Airtel has kept its trading window closed since October 1, 2025. This restriction will remain in effect until November 5, 2025, to ensure the prevention of insider trading during the sensitive period surrounding the release of financial results.
For context, in the first quarter of FY26, Bharti Airtel reported a consolidated revenue of Rs 49,462 crore, marking a 3.3% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) increase from Rs 47,876 crore in the previous quarter. However, the company's net profit declined by 40.5% QoQ to Rs 7,421.8 crore, compared to Rs 12,475.8 crore in the first quarter of FY26.

On the market front, Bharti Airtel's shares closed at Rs 2,061.30 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Friday, registering a marginal decline of 0.24%. Despite this minor dip, the stock has risen by 0.49% over the past five trading sessions. Over the past month, the shares have gained 10.37%, while the six-month performance shows an increase of 11.31%.
Year-to-date, the stock has delivered an impressive return of 29.18%, with a one-year gain of 29.54%. The company's shares touched their 52-week high of Rs 2,110.40 on October 29, 2025, while the 52-week low stood at Rs 1,511 on November 21, 2024.
