The company has signed a joint development agreement with PVP Ventures Ltd for a residential project in the city. Brigade Enterprises also plans to construct a 250-room resort on the East Coast Road, marking its first such project in Chennai. Discussions are underway with hoteliers to manage the resort's operations.

Focus on Key Markets
Brigade Enterprises considers Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad as key focus markets. The strategic expansion in the residential and hospitality sectors aligns with the company's overall growth strategy. Managing Director Pavitra Shankar emphasized the sustained growth of the residential sector across India, with Chennai benefiting from the expanding presence of IT/ITES and automotive manufacturing in the region.
Residential Project in Perambur
The proposed partnership with PVP Ventures Ltd involves the development of a 2.5 million square feet high-rise residential project in Perambur, North Chennai. Spread across 16 acres, the project will cater to the growing demand for residential properties in the city.
Chennai as the Second Biggest Market
Brigade Enterprises currently holds a land bank of over 12 million square feet for residential projects in Chennai. This positions Chennai as the company's second-largest market after Bengaluru. Pavitra Shankar expressed optimism about the city's growth potential.
Expansion in the Hospitality Sector
Brigade Enterprises' Joint Managing Director, Nirupa Shankar, shared details about the upcoming resort on the East Coast Road. This project is part of the company's plan to increase its total room count by 1,200 keys over the next four years. The addition of the resort under the Brigade Badge aims to enhance the company's portfolio and contribute to the growth of the hospitality sector in the region.
