CG Power Q2 Result: CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited shares witnessed a sharp surge by the end of Wednesday's trading session after the announcement of CG Power Q2 result. CG Power witnessed a 29.7% Year-on-Year jump in its net consolidated profit (attributable to owners of the company) to Rs 286.72 crore in the quarter ending on September 30, 2025.
CG Power shares closed 3.62% higher at Rs 748.7 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 1,17,899.27 crore. The stock had dipped to its intraday low mark of Rs 721.20 per share and an intraday high mark of Rs 758.55 apiece.

CG Power Q2 Result: Key Highlights
CG Power on Wednesday reported a net profit of Rs 286.72 crore, uop 29.7% from Rs 220.96 crore. CG Power's net revenue from operations stood at Rs 2922.79 crore, increasing from Rs 2412.69 crore reported in Q2FY25.
The company reported a record jump in its Q2FY26 performance driven by strong standalone revenue, order intake, and robust order growth. CG Power's aggregate sales for the quarter were higher at Rs 2,649 crore recording a growth of 17% on an annual basis. The order intake for the quarter was Rs 4,210 crore, increased ny 32% YoY, and unexecuted order backlog as of 30 th September 2025 was Rs 13,568 crore.
CG Power's aggregate sales for the quarter stood at Rs 1,395 Cr, down 2% YoY, primarily driven by few project deferments in the Railway segment. In the power system, CG Power's aggregate sales for the quarter were higher at Rs 1,254 crore with a sharp rise of 48% YoY, supported by steady execution rhythm.
CG Power Share Price Trend
CG Power shares closed 3.62% higher at Rs 748.7 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 1,17,899.27 crore. The stock dipped to an intraday low mark of Rs 721.20 crore. The company stock had touched a 52-week high mark of Rs 811.35 per share on BSE on 9 December, 2024.
The stock dipped to a 52-week low mark of Rs 518.35 per share on 7 April, 2025. The stock has a return on equity (RoE) of 39.88%. CG Power has given 17.32% returns in six months and its share price valuation has surged around 94.75% in two years.
