Employment Opportunities and Future Growth
Chief Minister Yadav highlighted the significance of intellectual property in the 21st century, emphasising the role of information technology and artificial intelligence. He stated that India's intellectual prowess has been recognised globally for centuries. Promoting intellectual property in the IT sector is crucial for the country's progress.
The new centre is expected to create over 1,500 jobs initially, with potential growth to 20,000 positions in the future. This expansion aims to provide significant employment opportunities for local talent in Indore.
Centre's Location and Capacity
Situated at Brilliant Titanium in central Indore, the centre can seat 500 individuals and accommodate up to 1,250 associates in a hybrid work model. This strategic location is intended to integrate seamlessly into Cognizant's existing delivery network across India.
