Cryptocurrency Price Today: Bitcoin Price Falls Below $35,000 Mark; Dogecoin, Pepe Coin Trade Higher

The crypto market rally has continued for the second consecutive day. On Friday, the global crypto market cap rose 0.47% to $1.32 Trillion.

Bitcoin price traded lower on Monday, down 0.52% at $34,928.96 per token at the time of writing this article. The price of Bitcoin has rallied in the past few weeks as investors showed confidence in the world's largest cryptocurrency first, over speculations that the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will give approval to a US-based spot Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) and second, due to macroeconomic factors.

The US Federal Reserve recently indicated that there will be no further hikes in interest rates by the end of this year.
The total crypto market volume over the last 24 hours is $38.73 Billion, which makes a 35.37% increase. The total volume in DeFi is currently $4.36 Billion, 11.25% of the total crypto market 24-hour volume, according to CoinMarketCap data. The volume of all stablecoins is now $33.18 Billion, which is 85.66% of the total crypto market 24-hour volume.

Ethereum price was up 1.30% at $1,888.56 per token on Monday. At this price, Ethereum's current market capitalization stands at $227,171,675,657. In the last one month, Ethereum has gained almost 16%.

One should note that over the last two- weeks, the price of the world's second-largest cryptocurrency Ethereum has gained 25% rallying from $1,540 to $1,910 between October 19 and November 5, 2023.

The ETH price rally seems to have attracted investors' attention toward several DeFi projects built on the Ethereum smart contract network.
