One of the top asset management firms in India is UTI Asset Management Company (UTI AMC). For both individual and institutional clients, it provides retirement solutions, portfolio management services, and mutual fund management. The company has announced the record date for a dividend of Rs 48 per equity share, which consists of a special dividend of Rs 22 and a regular dividend of Rs 26 per equity share. "The Board of Directors of the Company had, in its meeting held on Tuesday, the 29 th April, 2025, recommended a normal dividend of Rs 26 per equity share (260% of face value of Rs 10 each) and a special dividend of Rs 22 per equity share (220% of face value of Rs 10 each), taking overall dividend to Rs 48 per equity share (480% of face value of Rs 10 each) for the FY 2024-25, subject to the approval of the members at the 22 nd AGM. In terms of Section 91 of the Act and Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the register of members and share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, the 25th July, 2025 to Thursday, the 31st July, 2025 (both days inclusive) for determining the entitlement of the final dividend to the members. The final dividend shall be paid, subject to the approval of members at the 22nd AGM, to those members: a. whose name appears in the list of beneficial owners, to be furnished by the Depositories in respect of the equity shares held in electronic form, as at the end of business hours on Thursday, the 24th July, 2025; and b. whose name appears as members in the Company's register of members maintained by the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company as on Thursday, the 24th July, 2025," said UTI AMC in a stock exchange filing.

"Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), we intimate that a Board meeting of UTI Asset Management Company Limited has been scheduled on Thursday, the 24th July, 2025 inter-alia to: i) consider and approve un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending 30th June, 2025; and ii) discuss other general and business matters," UTI AMC informed stock exchanges.
UTI AMC Share Price Target
"UTI AMC continues to trade with strong positive momentum, supported by rising volumes and consistent higher lows. The stock is comfortably placed above key moving averages, indicating strength. Immediate resistance is seen near ₹1,420, and a breakout above this could take it toward ₹1,460-₹1,500. On the downside, support is at ₹1,360. The trend remains bullish, and any dip toward ₹1,370-₹1,375 can be used as a buying opportunity with a stop-loss below ₹1,350," commented Riyank Arora, technical analyst at Mehta Equities Ltd.
