As per the latest reports, Dhurandar 2 has already grabbed massive attention in the overseas market way before its release of the trailer. The spy action thriller witnessed advance booking of around $500K for the opening day in North America, while including $300K+ for the premiere alone, as per Sacnilk data.

Further, Sacnilk data revealed that the total advance sales of Dhurandhar 2 have crossed $800K for the first weekend, and it will be topping the $1 million mark super soon. Interestingly, the trailer of the film is yet to be released, and trade is anticipating pre-sales to explode once the trailer drops online.

Sacnilk report said, another factor working in the film's favour is the reduced competition in key overseas territories, which could allow the sequel to dominate screens during its opening weekend. Trade analysts believe that the trailer launch could further accelerate ticket sales and push the film closer to record-breaking premiere numbers. It is scheduled to release on March 19, with a premiere on March 18.

Dhurandar has become the biggest blockbuster of Bollywood of all-time. The 2025 movie witnessed a worldwide box office collection of Rs 1,305.35 crore, making it the best Hindi film and third highest grosser of all time in Indian cinema after Baahubali 2 and Pushpa. The India net collection stood at Rs 838.5 crore, which makes it the fourth best movie in that category, but still the best from Bollywood.
