Are you looking for a job and salary above Rs 60,000? You have a bright chance to get one. Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has invited applications on a contractual basis from temporary Young Professionals (YPs). If you are keen to grab a job, you can immediately submit your applications by simply visiting the EPFO website i.e. epfindia.gov.in. You will be selected on the basis of interviews. If you clear the interview, you will be recruited for a period of 1-year with the flexibility of extending the contract up to 3-years. The applicants should be 32 years old or below and must have a graduation degree from a recognized institution.
Recruitment Process
The process of recruitment will include an interview and there will be no written test. The applicants need to produce original documents and self-attested copies during the interview process. The job will be based in Delhi.

Salary
The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs 65,000.
How To Apply?
Interested candidate need to download the application form simply by visiting the EPFO website i.e. epfindia.gov.in. They will be required to email the application form along with essential documents to rpfc.exam@epfindia.gov.in . They must email the application form by the given deadline. Meanwhile, EPFO has the right to turn down the applications without giving any explanation and may adjust the term & conditions along with number of YPs required.
Role and Responsibility
EPFO will launch three Employment-Linked Incentive (ELI) Schemes as part of the latest Union Budget to boost first time employment and extending support to employers and employees via EPFO enrollment. YPs will provide support to EPFO's Plan & Policy Division in managing and implementing these schemes necessitating knowledge of social security.
Qualification
The interested candidate must a graduate from a reputed and renowned university with main preference given to those candidates with research experience in social security or associated government schemes in the labour sector.
Leaves
The selected Young Professionals will get 12 leaves per year on a pro-rata basis with unused leaves not going to get carried over. YPs will remain eligible for maternity leave according to the Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Act 2017.
Working Hours
They will work from Monday to Friday with likelihood of extra hours on weekends or holidays, if required. However, they will not receive any additional compensation for such occasions.
