Gold Prices Fall In India, June 17: 24k, 22k, 18k Gold Rate Slips, Check Latest Prices After Dip

Gold prices in India today witnessed decline on the occasion of Bakra eid 2024 as US gold prices edged lower on Monday due to higher US Treasury yields as traders are keenly waiting for more economic data to gauge when the Federal Reserve will begin slashing interest rates, according to Reuters. 22k gold prices today declined by Rs 200 to Rs 66,300/10 grams and 100 grams of 22 carat yellow metal today slipped by Rs 2000 to Rs 6,63,000.

24k yellow metal prices in India today are quoting Rs 72,330/10 grams and 100 grams of 24 carat gold prices today fell by Rs 2200 to Rs 7,23,300 in the country. 18k yellow metal prices in India today are retailing at Rs 54,240/10 grams and 100 grams of 18 carat precious metal prices in India today fell by Rs 1700 to Rs 5,42,400.

Spot Gold, Spot Silver Prices Today: Spot gold declined 0.3% at $2,326.78 per ounce, as of 0126 GMT. Meanwhile, US gold futures slipped 0.3% to $2,341.70. Spot silver slipped 0.3% to $29.46 per ounce, platinum remained unchanged at $957.57 and palladium surged 0.5% to $894.37, according to Reuters.
