HCL Technologies Q4 Results: The billionaire Shiv Nadar-backed HCL Technologies recorded 8.1% year-on-year growth in consolidated net profit to Rs 4,307 crore in Q4 of FY25. However, sequentially, its PAT dropped by 6.2%. On the other hand, HCL's revenue climbed by 1.2% QoQ and 6.1% YoY to Rs 30,246 crore. Broadly, this tech biggie's Q4 earnings were in line with estimates.
During the fourth quarter, in dollar terms, HCL's revenue stood at $3,498 million, down by 1% QoQ but up by 2% YoY. Meanwhile, constant currency revenue dipped by 0.8% QoQ, however, surged by 2.9% YoY. 
Additionally, HCL's services CC Revenue witnessed an upside of 0.7% QoQ and 2.7% YoY. In the case of digital segment, CC revenue surged by 12.6% YoY and contributed 40.7% of services.
HCL's TCS (new deal wins) stood at $2,995 million in the quarter under review.
"HCLTech grew the fastest among our peers for the second year in a row as we witnessed yet another year of disciplined execution. We delivered on our FY25 guidance with revenue growth of 4.7% in constant currency and EBIT margin of 18.3%," C Vijayakumar CEO & Managing Director HCLTech said.
HCL Software growth continues to accelerate as it grew 3.5% CC this year. Adding, Vijayakumar said. "During this quarter, our services business delivered healthy growth of 0.7% QoQ CC amidst volatile market conditions. We saw very strong new bookings of $3B this quarter catalyzed by our AI propositions and integrated GTM organization that was set up at the start of the fiscal year. The strength of our execution should present us good medium-term opportunities emerging out of global uncertainties while we navigate the short-term cautiously."
For the full year 2024-25 fiscal, HCL Tech's net income stood at Rs 17,390 crore, rising by 10.8% year-on-year. In the top-line front, revenue climbed by 6.5% YoY to Rs 117,055 crore. Constant currency revenue growth for the full fiscal came in at 4.7% YoY. In dollar terms, HCL's revenue jumped by 4.3% YoY to $13,840 million.
HCL Tech FY26 Guidance:
The IT giant expects revenue growth in the range of 2.0% - 5.0% YoY in CC for FY26. Services Revenue growth expected to be between 2.0% - 5.0% YoY in CC, while EBIT margin to be between 18.0% - 19.0%.
