The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has officially opened the KCET 2026 registration process and announced a revision in the examination schedule. Candidates planning to appear for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2026 can now apply online at the official website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in, with the last date to submit the application form being March 15.

Alongside the registration announcement, KEA has revised the KCET 2026 exam dates for engineering and pharmacy courses. As per the latest notification, the KCET 2026 engineering and pharmacy exams will now be conducted on May 25 and May 26, instead of the earlier scheduled dates of April 23 and April 24.
KCET 2026 Revised Exam Schedule
According to KEA, the language paper, which was earlier scheduled for April 22, is yet to receive a revised date. Candidates should regularly check the official KEA website for updates regarding the language test.
The KCET 2026 admit cards will be released on May 1st, while the KCET 2026 result is expected to be declared on June 30, 2026.
The exams will be conducted in two shifts each day: the morning session will run from 10:30 am to 11:50 am, and the afternoon session will run from 2:30 pm to 3:50 pm.

The KCET exam is conducted for admission to various professional undergraduate courses in Karnataka, including engineering, pharmacy, agriculture, veterinary sciences & BSc nursing. General category: Rs. 500
SC/ST candidates: Rs. 250
Candidates from outside Karnataka: Rs. 750
Candidates from abroad: Rs. 5,000
