The lucky draw went live at 3pm on Thursday from Gorky Bhavan, near Bakery Junction, Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram. How To Claim Kerala lottery Karunya Plus KN 612 Prizes?
The lucky winners of Karunya Plus KN 612 lottery can claim their prizes from Kerala lottery shops, or banks or the state government's lottery department. However, the claiming process varies in winning amount.
For instance, if your winning prize is below Rs 5,000, then you can claim your prize from any Kerala lottery shops. But if the winning amount is above Rs 5,000, then the process requires extra steps.
Above Rs 5,000 lottery prizes can be claimed by submitting the winning ticket at designated banks or state department. A list of documents will also be required to be submitted along with the tickets. These documents include:
1. A claim application along with a Photostat copy of both sides of the ticket, self-attested.
2. Two passport-size photographs of the prize-winner duly attested by a Gazetted Officer/Notary.
3. A receipt for the prize money in the prescribed form, affixing a revenue stamp worth Rs.1/- with the full address of the prize winner (download).
4. If the prize winner is a minor, a Guardianship certificate from a competent authority.
5. In case of joint claims, one of the prize-winners should be authorized to receive the prize money and a 'Joint Declaration' in stamp paper worth Rs. 50/- should be executed.
6. Self-attested copies of the PAN Card.
7. Attested document to prove identity ( Attested copy of Ration Card, Driving License, Passport, Election ID Card, etc.)
As per Kerala Lotteries Net, the prize-winner of a lottery shall surrender the prize-winning ticket within 90 days of the draw with all necessary documents.
