Mphasis is a popular supplier of IT solutions with a focus on cloud and cognitive services. With a market valuation of Rs 45,687.92 Cr, the bluechip IT company closed today on the BSE up 1.83% at Rs 2401.80 per share. After the company announced the record date for its impending dividend of Rs 57 per share, Mphasis broke out of a consolidation range and is currently trading in a bullish pattern.

Mphasis Dividend
The Board of Directors considered and approved "Recommendation of dividend of ₹57/- per equity share of ₹10/- each for the year ended 31 March 2025, which is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid within 30 days of the Annual General Meeting, to those shareholders, whose bank account details are registered with the respective Depository participant(s) or with the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company," said Mphasis in a stock exchange filing.
Thursday, July 24, 2025, is the date of the 34th Annual General Meeting of the company's members.
"Closing the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company from Thursday, 10 July 2025 to Thursday, 24 July 2025 (both days inclusive) in connection with 34th Annual General Meeting and declaration of dividend for FY25," said Mphasis in a regulatory filing.
"We wish to inform you that the Record Date for disbursement of Dividend, if approved by the members at the ensuing 34th Annual General Meeting shall be reckoned as Wednesday, 9 July 2025," Mphasis informed stock exchanges.
Mphasis Q4 Results
Mphasis said that during the January-March quarter of FY25, its net profit increased by 13.6% to Rs 446.5 crore. According to a regulatory filing submitted by Mphasis, the company posted a net profit of Rs 393.21 crore during the same period last year. From Rs 3,412 crore in the March 2024 quarter to Rs 3,710 crore in Q4FY25, Mphasis's consolidated revenue from operations increased by 8.7%.
EBITDA increased 8.48% from Rs. 702.92 crore in Q4FY24 to Rs. 762.52 crore in Q4FY25. The company's net profit increased 9.5% to Rs 1,702.1 crore for the year that ended in March 2025 from Rs 1,554.8 crore for FY24.
Mphasis's yearly revenue from operations increased from Rs 13,279 crore in FY24 to Rs 14,230 crore in FY25, a 7.16 per cent growth.

"Mphasis is trading with a bullish setup, having broken out of a consolidation range. The stock is now comfortably above short-term moving averages, and the RSI is steadily rising, indicating renewed momentum. With strong support around ₹2320, the stock looks poised for a move toward ₹2500-₹2550 in the coming sessions. Volume activity has picked up, reinforcing the bullish view. As long as Mphasis sustains above ₹2300, the technical outlook remains constructive. Traders and investors can consider accumulating on pullbacks for potential upside in the near term," commented Riyank Arora - Technical Analyst - Mehta Equities Limited.
