Multibagger Company HCL Technologies Fixes Record Date For Interim Dividend

HCL Technologies has fixed its record date for the interim dividend payment. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has been scheduled to be on Wednesday, October 12, 2022. The board will consider the un-audited financial results of the company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2022.

"Payment of 3rd Interim dividend for the financial year 2022-23. The Record Date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend shall be October 20, 2022, subject to the approval of the interim dividend by the Board of Directors," the company informs the stock exchanges.

HCL Technologies has already paid interim dividends twice in FY23, and it has paid the first interim dividend of Rs. 18 per share and then Rs. 10. Significantly, it has paid a total dividend of Rs. 42 per equity share in FY22.
