How To Claim Lottery Rewards If You Win State Lucky Draw? Know Key Rules
If you are listed among the winners, it is mandatory to submit your original winning ticket along with a properly filled claim form. The claim forms can usually be downloaded from official sources online.
Importantly, the ticket must be undamaged, intact, and clearly readable, as authorities require the original ticket for verification before processing any prize claim.
Documents Required for Claiming Jackpot Prize
Along with the claim form and the winning ticket, winners must also provide a government-issued photo identification and passport-sized photographs for verification purposes. Officials strictly do not accept damaged, tampered, or torn tickets, and any such ticket may lead to the rejection of the prize claim. Proper documentation ensures a smooth and successful claim process.
