Rules to Claim Nagaland State Lottery Prizes Vary From Amount To Amount?

Winners of the Nagaland Lottery Sambad must first verify their ticket numbers with the official result before initiating the prize claim process. The procedure for claiming prizes varies depending on the amount won.

For prizes up to Rs. 10,000, winners can claim their prize directly from authorised Sambad lottery agents or retailers. They are required to submit the original winning ticket along with a valid photo ID.

For prizes ranging between Rs. 10,000 and Rs. 1 lakh, winners need to visit the Directorate of Nagaland State Lotteries in Kohima. In this case, they must submit the original lottery ticket, a duly filled and signed claim form, a valid identity proof such as Aadhaar, PAN, or Voter ID, and a passport-size photograph.

Prizes above Rs. 1 lakh, including the Rs. 1 crore first prize, must be claimed by approaching the Nagaland Lottery office within 30 days of the draw. Winners are required to submit the original winning ticket, a completed claim form, PAN card, bank account details, an affidavit with surety, and passport-size photographs.

All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the draw date. Any unclaimed prizes after this period will lapse automatically, and no extensions are allowed under lottery rules.
