The board of world's largest food and beverage company, Nestle India has declared to payout an interim dividend. The company announced it through the stock filing today, during the day. The details are given below.

According to stock exchange filing, the board of Nestle India in its meeting held today, declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 27 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the year 2023 on the entire issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company of 9,64,15,716 equity shares of the nominal value of Rs 10 each.
Further the board also approved 8th May 2023 as the payment date of interim dividend along-with the final dividend for the year 2022. The board has fixed 21st April 2023 as the record date, to record those members whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company and as beneficial owner in the records of the depository.
In the month of February the company declared a final dividend of Rs 75 per share and set 21st April 2023 as the record date for it. The company has a good track record of dividend payout in last 5 years. For last year ending December 2022 Nestle India has declared an equity dividend of 2200.00% amounting to Rs 220 per share. At the current share price of Rs 19,452.90 this results in a dividend yield of 1.13%.
The current market price of Nestle India stock is Rs 19,452.90, which is down by 1.11%. In the last one year the stock price has spiked by 6.05% and in last three years, it has moved up by 12.3%. Its 52-week high is at Rs 21,053 per share and 52-week low is at Rs 16,000 per share.
