As the festive spirit of Diwali approaches, one pharmaceutical company in Panchkula is making headlines for its heartwarming gesture. MK Bhatia, the Director and owner of Mits Healthcare, has given away 12 cars to reward his dedicated employees a week ahead of the Festival of Lights.
These exceptional employees, affectionately referred to as "celebrities" and "stars" by Bhatia, were honoured for their unwavering dedication, hard work, and loyalty. In a statement to news agency ANI, Bhatia expressed his gratitude, saying, "It is because of the hard work of these employees that they have reached this position. They have been working for the company for years."

Bhatia went on to explain the inspiration behind this extraordinary gesture, saying, "Some time ago, when our team was growing, I told my employees that they were no less than stars. We made rapid growth thereafter. We wanted to make them feel like celebrities."
The recipients of these cars were overjoyed and touched by the recognition of their efforts. Shilpa, one of the 12 star performers at Mits Healthcare, shared her happiness, stating, "I have completed eight years here. I am happy. When I joined, our director used to say that he wanted to gift cars to his team. That dream has been fulfilled today."
What makes this generous act even more remarkable is that some of the employees who received the cars don't even know how to drive, highlighting the owner's commitment to appreciating his workforce beyond traditional means.
Diwali, celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy across India and various parts of the world, is set to take place on November 12 this year. Exchanging gifts is an essential aspect of Diwali celebrations, and MK Bhatia's gesture to his employees serves as a heartwarming example of the spirit of giving during this festive season.
