The shares were sold within the price range of Rs 113-1,350 each, bringing the total transaction value to Rs 297.72 crore.
Stake Acquisitions by SBI Mutual Fund and HDFC MF
SBI Mutual Fund purchased 11.62 lakh shares, equating to a 2.8 per cent stake in Ami Organics at an average price of Rs 1,350 per share. This acquisition amounted to Rs 156.90 crore. Details regarding other sellers of Ami Organics shares remain unclear.
HDFC MF acquired over 1.24 crore shares, representing a 2.5 per cent stake in RBA at an average price of Rs 113 per share. This transaction was valued at Rs 140.53 crore. Information about other buyers of RBA's shares could not be determined.

Following these transactions, shares of Restaurant Brands Asia increased by 2.68 per cent, closing at Rs 110.90 each on the BSE. Meanwhile, Ami Organics' stock rose by 1.04 per cent to end at Rs 1,350 per share.
At the end of the June quarter, Plutus Wealth Management held a 6.58 per cent stake in Restaurant Brands Asia and a 4.06 per cent shareholding in Ami Organics, according to BSE data.
