Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna's action-drama blockbuster Pushpa 2: The Rule has stormed the global box office, grossing Rs 1,000 crore worldwide within just seven days of its release. Directed by Sukumar, the sequel to the 2021 hit Pushpa: The Rise has become the fastest Indian film to reach this elite milestone, joining the ranks of iconic films like Baahubali 2, Dangal, and RRR.
The film's performance showcases its dominance across both domestic and international markets, solidifying its place as one of the most successful Indian films of all time.

India Box Office Day 7
Even on Day 7, a Wednesday, Pushpa 2 managed to amass Rs 42 crore net at the Indian box office, despite a midweek slump. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, this marked an 18.53% drop compared to Tuesday's earnings.
The Hindi version contributed significantly, raking in Rs 30 crore, while the Telugu version earned Rs 9 crore. The Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam versions collectively added Rs 3 crore.
Regional and Language-Wise Breakdown
By the end of Day 7, the cumulative domestic earnings stood at a staggering Rs 687 crore net. Here's a breakdown of the film's performance across languages:
Telugu: Rs 232.75 crore
Hindi: Rs 398.1 crore
Tamil: Rs 39 crore
Kannada: Rs 5.05 crore
Malayalam: Rs 12.1 crore
Box Office Trends
Pushpa 2 debuted with Rs 141.05 crore on its first Sunday but faced inevitable declines during the weekdays. On Monday, the film experienced a sharp 54.31% drop in collections, followed by a 20.02% dip on Tuesday. Wednesday's fall of 18.53% further shows the natural cooling-off period after an explosive opening weekend.
Global Domination
On the international stage, Pushpa 2 continued its winning streak, grossing nearly Rs 950 crore by Day 6. With just Rs 50 crore left to breach the Rs 1,000 crore mark, the film soared past competitors like Stree 2, becoming the second-highest Indian grosser of the year.
Record-Breaking Milestones
Pushpa 2: The Rule has shattered multiple records within its first week:
Fastest to Rs 1,000 Crore: The film outpaced every Indian film to cross this benchmark.
Highest Hindi Opening Day: It rewrote history with record-breaking collections in the Hindi market.
Non-Holiday Record: The film achieved the highest non-holiday opening day collections ever.
Dubbed Film Benchmark: The Hindi dubbed version set new standards, outperforming all expectations.
Double Rs 70 Crore Days in Hindi: It is the first Hindi film to surpass Rs 70 crore on two days, including its opening day and third day (Saturday).
The success of Pushpa 2 reflects the love and enthusiasm audiences have for Allu Arjun's portrayal of Pushpa Raj. His magnetic performance, combined with Rashmika Mandanna's stellar act, Sukumar's direction, and the film's narrative, has captivated viewers across the globe.
As Pushpa 2: The Rule enters its second week, its momentum shows no signs of slowing. With the Rs 1,000 crore milestone achieved, the film is poised to set new benchmarks in Indian cinema.
