Q4 Results This Week: HDFC Bank, Infosys, Wipro, ICICI Bank, IREDA, Angel One, Reliance Industries Infrastructure Limited, Tata Elxsi, Yes Bank, and several other companies are set to announce their quarterly earnings this week from April 14 to 19. For investors, it will be a dull week as the Indian stock market will remain closed for two more days due to Ambedkar Jayanti and Good Friday on April 14 and April 18.
The stock market witnessed a highly volatile session last week, especially due to developments related to tariffs announced by United States President Donald Trump. The stock market crashed on Monday, with Nifty and Sensex declining more than 5%. However, the bourses recovered from the Monday crash as Trump announced a 90-day pause on tariffs.

The Q4 earnings season began with IT bellwether Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announcing its company results for the quarter ending in March. Here are all the details about the companies announcing results this week.
Q4 Earnings on Monday, April 14
Only one company will announce its quarterly earnings on Monday, 14 April, according to BSE. The Indian stock market will remain shut tomorrow on the occasion of Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti. Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) Vij Finance will announce its quarterly earnings tomorrow. The company's market capitalisation stood at Rs 32.92 crore on BSE as on Friday and the stock closed the last session at Rs 2.31 apiece on BSE.
Q4 Results on Tuesday, April 15: IREDA, ICICI General Insurance, etc in Focus
More than five companies, including the Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA), ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company, Swastik Safe Deposit, MRP Agro Limited, etc, will announce their company earnings on Tuesday.
Other than these firms, Bombay Wire Ropes, Delta Industrial Resources, GM Breweries, and Hathaway Bhawani Cabletel & Datacom Limited will also declare their earnings this week.
Q4 Results on Wednesday, April 16: Wipro, Angel One, RIIL, And More
IT heavyweight Wipro will announce its Q4 FY25 results on Wednesday, April 16. The company had reported a 24.5% rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 3353.8 crore during the third quarter of the fiscal year 2024-25. The company had reported a net profit of Rs 2694.2 crore during the year-ago period. Its revenue from operations in the December quarter stood at Rs 22319 crore which was marginally higher than Rs 22,205 crore reported in the same quarter in FY24.
Angel One, Infomedia Press Limited, Reliance Industries Infrastructure Limited, GTPL Hathaway, Heera Ispat Limietd, India Cements Capital Limited, Infomedia Press Limited, Waree Renewable Technologies Limited, Swaraj Engines, Reliance Industries Infrastructure Limited, etc will report their earnings on Wednesday.
Angel One in January reported an 8% rise in its December quarter consolidated net profit at Rs 281.47 crore versus Rs 260.31 crore reported in the year-ago period.
Q4 Results on Thursday, April 17: Spotlight on Infosys
Infosys, HDFC Asset Management Company, HDFC Life, Indosolar, Tata Elxsi, etc will declare their quarterly results on April 17.
Q4 Results on Friday, April 18: Network 18, Mastek And More
Network 18, Amal Limited, Orosil Smiths India Limited, Mastek Limited will announce their company results on Friday.
Q4 Results on Saturday, April 19: Banks To Lead The Day
Apart from HDFC Bank, the quarterly results schedule for Saturday is focused towards top Indian financial institutions as HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Yes Bank will announce their company earnings. Additionally, Anant Raj, Mid East Portfolio Management, etc will also declare their earnings.
