Q4 results Today: Adani Power, Vedanta, Indian Oil, JSW, Indus Towers, Varun Beverages & Others To Declare

On Wednesday, April 30, as many as 51 companies listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) will announce their financial results for the fourth quarter of financial year 2025 (Q4 FY25), along with full-year results for the year ending March 31, 2024. Some of the key companies announcing their results include Adani Power, Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), Jindal Steel & Power Limited (JSPL), Varun Beverages, JSW Infrastructure, Indus Towers, Phoenix Mills, Ajanta Pharma, Coromandel International, and CRISIL.

The banking and finance sector will also be in the spotlight, with several banks set to declare their earnings on Wednesday. These include Federal Bank, Bandhan Bank, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, and Equitas Small Finance Bank.

Vedanta to Declare Q4 Results Today

Vedanta Limited, a major player in the mining and metals sector led by billionaire Anil Agarwal, will also declare its Q4 FY25 results on April 30. The company had already informed the stock exchange last week about its results announcement plan. The company had earlier confirmed the date in an exchange filing last week. Vedanta, a BSE 100 constituent, is a key player in the diversified metals space and its earnings are closely watched by both institutional and retail investors.

Adani Power FY25 Q4 Results: Adani Power Share Price

Adani Power will unveil its financial performance for the fourth quarter as well as the full fiscal year on Wednesday. The stock witnessed volatile trading ahead of the results, opening at Rs 559.40 and touching an intraday high of Rs 562.00 before slipping to Rs 550.05 on Tuesday.

Bandhan Bank Board Meeting and FY25 Results

In an exchange filing dated April 21, Bandhan Bank announced that its Board of Directors would meet on April 30 to review and approve the audited financial results for Q4 and FY25.

Bandhan Bank Share Price: The bank's stock showed strong movement ahead of the results, closing at Rs 168.18, up 2.39% on Tuesday.

Varun Beverages to Declare Q4 Earnings and Dividend

PepsiCo's leading bottling partner, Varun Beverages, is also expected to release its quarterly results and declare a dividend for the year ending March 2025 on Wednesday. The company, a key player in the carbonated and non-carbonated beverage segment, is one of the largest franchisees in the sector globally.

Varun Beverages Share Price: Its shares closed at Rs 528.95 on Tuesday, down 0.80%, with increased trading volume signaling investor anticipation.

Indus Towers Q4 Results Today

Telecom infrastructure giant Indus Towers will hold a board meeting on April 30 to evaluate potential measures aimed at enhancing shareholder value. The announcement was made in an exchange filing on April 27.

Indus Towers Share Price: The company's shares declined by 1.19% on Tuesday to Rs 403.25.
