On Friday, December 1st, RSWM Limited, a subsidiary of LNJ Bhilwara Group, signed a binding term sheet with Ginni Filaments Limited to acquire its spinning, knitting, and processing undertaking located in Mathura. The acquisition, valued at Rs 160 crore, is expected to be completed within 90 days of the execution of the term sheet, subject to the execution of definitive documents and receipt of necessary approvals.
