Following the announcement of its highest-ever payout, a one-time special interim dividend for FY25-26, Akzo Nobel India, which has been in India for 70 years, will be closely watched. Here, every detail has been discussed, along with an analyst's commentary on trading strategy.

The Board of Directors "Fixed Monday, 11th August 2025, as the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to the aforesaid one-time special interim dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. Akzo Nobel India Target Price
"Akzo Nobel is consolidating above its support at ₹3,620. Resistance is placed at ₹3,750, and a breakout could push the stock toward ₹3,850. Momentum indicators remain neutral, suggesting sideways action in the near term. A dip toward ₹3,650-₹3,670 can be used for accumulation with a stop-loss below ₹3,600. Sustaining above ₹3,750 will confirm fresh upside momentum," commented Riyank Arora, technical analyst at Mehta Equities Ltd.
