A high-profile partnership is inked to drive the beverages-alcohol segment! To take the alco-bev industry by storm, Bollywood's king Shah Rukh Khan and his son Aryan Khan teamed up with liquor giant Radico Khaitan and Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath. Together, they will launch D'YAVOL Spirits.

D'YAVOL Spirits is a new-age alcobev company with a sharp focus on liquid excellence, disruptive design, and cultural resonance.
This is a defining moment for the Indian spirits industry. The partnership aims to craft the world's finest spirits and bring them to consumers across India and global markets, with a focus on globally-sourced bottled-in-origin products that incorporate rich regional provenance.
Stakeholders of D'YAVOL Spirits
Radico Khaitan, a listed company, is going to infuse Rs 40 crore to buy 47.5% stake in D'YAVOL Spirits. This makes Radico the largest shareholder in both the Dutch and Indian arms of the business.
Meanwhile, the Khan family, along with co-founders Leti Blagoeva and Bunty Singh, will hold 47.5%. Leading brokerage Zerodha's co-founder Nikhil Kamath has picked up a 5% stake, bringing his market disruption expertise into the mix.
Abhishek Khaitan, Managing Director, Radico Khaitan, said, "Radico Khaitan has always believed in leading the alco-bev space with consumer-centric innovation. With D'YAVOL Spirits, we are entering a bold new chapter, combining our proven expertise in blending, marketing and distribution with the charm and charisma of the global icon Shah Rukh Khan, the entrepreneurial spirit of Aryan Khan and Nikhil Kamath's disruptive and visionary outlook."
Radico remains focused on its strategy of 'Taking India to the World' through existing and new brands in its luxury portfolio.
First Big Launch in December 2025
D'YAVOL Spirits will build internationally relevant, bottled-in-origin brands that capture the imagination of a new generation of Indian and global consumers, the statement said.
The brand's first big launch will be a premium tequila known as D'YAVOL Anejo in December 2025. It will target both Indian and global consumers. Pricing is expected to range between Rs. 20,000 and Rs. 30,000, depending on state excise duties. It will be followed by other luxury spirits like vodka and blended malt Scotch whisky.
"The meaning of 'premium' is changing; it is no longer defined by geography. Tomorrow's best brands will be built on history, culture, and craftsmanship. That's what excites me about D'YAVOL, an Indian brand with the intent and ability to compete anywhere in the world," said Nikhil Kamath
Industry experts believe that the timing for the launch is quite impressive, and it couldn't be better since India's premium liquor market is booming, projected to hit $61.35 billion by FY26, with tequila emerging as one of the fastest-growing categories. D'YAVOL's backers are aiming big , over one million cases sold within five years.
"Every great idea needs the right energy behind it. With Abhishek's experience, Nikhil's passion, and our creative instinct at D'YAVOL, we are building something bold, relevant, and future-facing." Shah Rukh Khan added.
The governance structure is also tightly planned, with Radico Khaitan holding two of four board seats, its nominee acting as chairperson, and key business decisions requiring consensus among shareholders.
"We've built D'YAVOL brick by brick, with a clear focus on intent and identity. This new chapter with Radico Khaitan and Nikhil is about scaling with agility, precision, and a long-term mindset while staying true to the unique DNA of our brand." said Bunty Singh, Co-Founder, D'YAVOL.
Lastly, the statement said, with the premiumisation of India's alcobev landscape, D'YAVOL Spirits is well-positioned to cater to a rising generation of discerning consumers who value substance over noise. From internationally bottled spirits to design-forward packaging and curated experiences, the brand seeks to build not just products, but a lifestyle.
