Tata Capital Share Price Today: Shares of Tata Capital Limited touched a fresh 52-week high on Monday, driven by strong investor optimism ahead of the company's upcoming third-quarter results for FY26. Sentiment around the NBFC stock has also been influenced by the nearing anchor lock-in expiry, which is expected to release millions of shares into the market in the coming days.
Tata Capital shares touched a 52-week high mark of Rs 363.2 per share on BSE on Monday. However, Tata Capital share price reversed its gains and was trading 0.08% lower at Rs 358.95 per share. The stock had touched an intraday low mark of Rs 352.70 per share.

Tata Capital's board of directors will consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company on Monday, January 19. "We hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, January 19, 2026, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025," stated the company in its press release.
Tata Capital Anchor Lock-In Expiry Date
Tata Capital shares are likely to experience volatility in the coming days due to the upcoming anchor lock-in expiry. Nearly 2% of Tata Capital anchor shares will expire on Wednesday, January 7, as per Nuvama Institutional Equities report.

As per the report, nearly 71 million Tata Capital shares, equivalent to 2% of the outstanding shares, will become eligible for trading from 7 January onwards. The anchor lock-in expiry may lead to significant volatility in the company's share price during the short term duration.
