Voltas Limited is a leading provider of engineering solutions, air conditioning, and project management services. Part of the Tata Group, Voltas Limited was established in India in 1954 and manufactures and markets room air conditioners as well as air coolers, air purifiers, water dispensers, commercial refrigeration, and commercial air conditioning systems. Voltas Dividend
"The Directors have recommended Dividend of Rs. 7 per share on face value of Re. 1 per share (700%) for the year 2024-25 which shall be paid/despatched on or after fifth day from conclusion of ensuing 71st Annual General Meeting, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company," said Voltas in a stock exchange filing.
Voltas Q4 Results
The company's consolidated total income for the year ending March 31, 2025, increased by 24% to Rs 15,737 crores from Rs 12,734 crores during the previous fiscal year. In FY25, profit before tax increased by 145% to Rs 1,191 crores from Rs 486 crores in FY24. Additionally, net profit increased significantly in FY25, rising by 236% to Rs 834 crores from Rs 248 crores in the full year FY24.
In comparison to the same quarter the previous year, when it was Rs 4,257 crores, the consolidated total income for the quarter ending March 31, 2025, increased by 14% to Rs 4,847 crores. Profit before tax increased from Rs 174 crores in the year-ago quarter to Rs 343 crores in the quarter under review, a 97% growth. Additionally, consolidated net profit increased significantly, rising 112.61% from Rs 111 crores in Q4FY24 to Rs 236 crores in Q4FY25. EBITDA increased by 68.36% from Rs. 245.00 crore in March 2024 quarter to Rs. 412.47 crore in Q4FY25.
Voltas Share Price Target
"Voltas is trading in a positive trend with support from rising moving averages. The stock has strong support at ₹1180 and resistance around ₹1250. A breakout above ₹1250 could trigger a move toward ₹1300-1325. RSI is near 62, showing steady bullish momentum. The recent higher lows on the chart confirm buying interest on dips. The overall setup remains strong, and traders may consider buying near ₹1200 or on breakout above ₹1250 with a stop loss at ₹1170," commented Riyank Arora - Technical Analyst - Mehta Equities Limited.
