On Friday, the country's leading software services firm TCS said that it will release fourth quarter results for the financial year 2020 on April 16. Before it Wipro will come up with its numbers of April 15.

"...a meeting of the Board of Directors of TCS Ltd is scheduled to be held on Thursday, April 16, 2020, inter alia to approve...the audited financial results of the company under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the year ended March 31, 2020," TCS said in a regulatory filing.

The board will also recommend a final dividend if any for the stakeholders approval in the final dividend, if any, for the fiscal for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 25th 25th Annual General Meeting.

Earlier in the wake of the nationwide lockdown imposed from March 25, SEBI provided relaxation for filing fourth quarter number and 1-month's time for filing results for 2019-20.
