Mahindra Group-backed IT giant, Tech Mahindra missed estimates in its quarterly ending period September 2025. Tech Mahindra posted consolidated net profit of Rs 1,195 crore, registering a growth of 4.7% sequentially, while its operational PAT surged by 35.5% YoY. In the top-line front, the company recorded 4.8% QoQ and 5.1% YoY growth to Rs 13,995 crore.
In dollar terms, revenue came in at $1,586 million, up 1.4% QoQ but down by 0.2% YoY. In constant currency growth, Tech Mahindra reported growth of 1.6% QoQ but lower by 0.3% YoY.

EBIT margins expanded by 108 basis points QoQ and 254 basis points YoY to 12.1% in the quarter under review.
"We delivered broad-based growth this quarter, reflecting the strength of our strategy and execution. We launched TechM Orion, our next-generation AI platform, and TechM Orion Marketplace to help enterprise accelerate autonomous transformation. Being recognized by industry analysts reinforces our leadership in advancing next-generation AI," said Mohit Joshi, CEO and Managing Director, Tech Mahindra.
Furthermore, Rohit Anand, Chief Financial Officer, Tech Mahindra, said, "This quarter marks the eighth consecutive period of margin expansion, driven by operational efficiency and disciplined execution. Our deal TCV is up 57% year-on-year on LTM basis, supported by strong deal conversions. The Board has approved a dividend of Rs 15 per share reflecting our continued focus on shareholder value."
Tech Mahindra Interim Dividend:
The company has announced an interim dividend of Rs 15 per share, having a face value of Rs 5 each. In percentage terms, the payout is 300%.
The company fixed Tuesday, 21st October, 2025 as the Record Date for determining the members entitled to receive the Interim dividend.
The interim dividend shall be paid through permitted modes, on or before Wednesday, 12th November, 2025, to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the
Register of Members of the Company or in list of beneficial owners as at the end of business hours of 21st October, 2025.
