V-Mart Share Price Today: Shares of V-Mart saw a significant spurt in trading volumes during Wednesday's intraday trade. The diversified retail sector stock has declined nearly 27% in the year 2025. However, brokerages sees 45% upside in its valuation.
V-Mart shares were trading 0.37% higher at Rs 716.5 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 5,691.81 crore on BSE at 3:20 pm. The stock had dipped to an intraday high mark of Rs 718.80 per share and an intraday-low mark of Rs 706.00 per share.

V-Mart Share Price Recommendation
Brokerage Motilal Oswal gave a 'Buy' recommendation for V-Mart due to improved productivity and margin expansion led growth. The brokerage has even revised its target price for the stock for the long-term growth.
"We expect ~50-55 annual store additions in core V-Mart and ~20-25 annual store additions in Unlimited, bringing V-Mart's total store count to ~720 by FY28 (~13% CAGR over FY25-28)," noted Motilal Oswal in its report.

Motilal Oswal has maintained a 'Buy' rating for the stock, indicating a 47% upside in its valuation.
"Despite strong growth and margin expansion potential, V-Mart trades at a modest ~19x FY27 pre-INDAS EV/EBITDA (vs. 40x for VMM). We reiterate our BUY rating on V-Mart with a revised TP of INR1,040, premised on 23x Dec'27E pre-INDAS 116 EV/EBITDA (implies ~12x Dec'27 EBITDA and ~39x Dec'27 EPS). Our scenario analysis indicates compelling risk reward (bull case: INR1,250; bear case: INR685). V-Mart is among our top picks in the retail sector for 2026," noted Motilal Oswal in its report.
V-Mart Share Price Trend
V-Mart shares opened in green on Wednesday and saw sudden spurt in trading volumes during the trade. The stock had touched a 52-week high mark of Rs 1,006.79 per share on 3 January, 2025. The stck had dipped to its 52-week low mark of Rs 675.01 on 12 March, 2025. The stock had a return on equity (ROE) of 16.24%.
