14:48 Bonus Issue Declared: IT Stock Jumps 173.60% In 30-Days, Shares Hit Upper Circuit

Alphalogic Techsys Recommends Bonus Share: As per the BSE filing of Alphalogic Techsys dated May 22, 2024, "recommendation of issuance of fully paid-up Bonus Share in the ratio of 14:48 i.e, 14 (Fourteen) Equity Share for every 48 (Forty Eight) fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 05/- each held, to the eligible members of the Company holding equity shares of the Company. The record date to determine entitlement of eligibility of shareholders for Bonus Shares will be intimated at a later date."

Alphalogic Techsys Q4: The company declared its revenue from operations for the March 2024 quarter at Rs 17.75 crore as against Rs 8.60 crore in the corresponding quarter of last year. Total income of Alphalogic Techsys for the quarter ended March 2024 declared at Rs 17.98 crore as compared to Rs 8.71 crore in the similar quarter of last year. Total expenses for March 2024 quarter declared at Rs 16.40 crore from Rs 6.96 crore declared in March 2023 quarter. The company declared profit at Rs 1.18 crore for the quarter under review as against Rs 1.30 crore declared in the same quarter of last year.
