The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) is in the spotlight once again as investors eagerly await its Q4 results for 2025 and a possible announcement of the final dividend for FY25. As per a regulatory filing, the BSE board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 6, 2025, where key decisions regarding BSE earnings FY25, shareholder rewards, and more will be taken. According to the official notice, the BSE Q4 results date is confirmed for May 6, 2025. On this day, the board will consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the fiscal year that ended on March 31, 2025. In addition, the board is expected to recommend a final dividend, if any, for FY25. On Friday's close, BSE shares ended slightly in the red, down 0.69% at Rs. 6,315. In spite of this minor dip, the shares have gained strongly recently. Additionally, over the past 12 months, the stock has delivered a whopping 121% return, and over five years, it has surged 4,800%.

BSE Ltd. underwent a major corporate action in March 2025, which was the issue of 2:1 bonus shares. Eligible shareholders received two bonus shares for every one share held, adding significant value to their portfolio. The BSE bonus record date 2025 was earlier notified in March, allowing investors to prepare accordingly. Although BSE has not undergone any stock split.
Along with the recent bonus issue, BSE has remained consistent in rewarding shareholders with regular dividends. Since February 22, 2017, the company has declared 11 dividends. In the last 12 months, BSE declared a Rs 15.00 per share equity dividend. At the current share price of around Rs Rs.6,306.50, this gives a dividend yield of 0.24%.
