BharatPe and Unity Bank have collectively launched a unique EMI-based credit card for their customers to help them manage their credit amount and finances better. The newly launched credit card has been called as India's first EMI-based credit card.
Users can link the BharatPe and Unity Bank credit cards with the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), which will allow users to connect with a larger network of merchants for easier payments. Here are the key features of the EMI-based credit card:

-The EMI credit card offers the option to convert transactions into an EMI for upto 12 months, be it related to your grocery purchase, electronic items shopping, etc.
-You won't be required to pay a hefty joining or annual fee to maintain the EMI credit card. Additionally, there are no foreclosure charges associated with the EMI credit card.
-The credit card also offers additional benefits on international lounge access and certain benefits related to health checkups.
-The credit card holders can get complimentary preventive health check-ups as well.
-Every transaction converted into EMI will help customers to earn additional 2% rewards as Zillion coins. These cpins can be earned through Unity Bank BharatPe credit card. Users can redeem these points on the BharatPe payment application.
-These cash rewards are useful for availing benefits like brand vouchers, products or even paying off credit card bills.
The Unity Bank BharatPe Credit Card offers several appealing features. Customers can convert transactions into EMIs for up to 12 months. Additionally, there are rewards for EMI-linked transactions that can be redeemed through the BharatPe app.
There is also an option to prepay EMIs without incurring penalties. This credit card can be linked to the Unified Payments Interface (UPI), allowing payments at numerous merchants nationwide. BharatPe representatives highlighted that linking RuPay credit cards with UPI would expand usage across both offline and online platforms.

The EMI credit card is available to both salaried and self-employed individuals. People can apply for the credit card via BahratPe application.
-Download and install the BharatPe application.
-Open it and complete the onboarding process, KYC.
-Make sure that you meet all the credit eligibility requirements digitally before activating the card.
