1. Vedanta Ltd Q3 Result
The company reported a decline of 42% year-on-year (YoY) in its net profit to Rs 3092 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2022. Earlier, Vedanta declared a net profit of Rs 5354 crore in the same quarter of an year ago period.
Its operating revenue has been reported at Rs 33,691 crore for the quarter ended December 2022 as against Rs 33,697 crore declared in the quarter ended December 2021.
The company reported an EBITDA (Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) at Rs 7199 crore with EBITDA margin at 24%. Its consolidated profit after tax soared 15% QoQ to Rs 3092 crore.
2. Vedanta Ltd Declares 1250% Interim Dividend
According to the regulatory filing of the company, "The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the Fourth Interim Dividend of ₹ 12.50 per equity share i.e. 1250% on face value of Re. 1/‐ per share for the financial year 2022‐23 amounting to c. ₹ 4,647 Crores."
The company has earlier informed the record date that is February 4, 2023. The interim dividend will be paid within the stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.

The last trading price of the stock is Rs 319.85 apiece with an intraday decline of 1.96%. The stock's 52-week high is Rs 440.75 apiece and 52-week low is Rs 206.10 apiece, respectively.
