1315.80% Up In 3 Yrs! Small Cap Metal Stock Set To Trade Ex-Dividend For 125% Payout This Week

Goodluck India Limited is set to trade ex-dividend this week for 125% payout. The Board of Directors of the company on Sept 09, 2023, fixed the record date as Sept 23, 2023. The dividend is subject to approval by the shareholders of the company at the 37th AGM. The AGM is scheduled to happen on Sept 30, 2023.

In addition, the board announced that the e-voting period shall commence on Wednesday, 27th September, 2023, and end on Friday, 29th September, 2023.

According to the regulatory filing by the Board of Directors of Good Luck India Ltd., "The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books shall remain closed from Sunday, 24th September, 2023 to Saturday, September 30th September,2023 (both days inclusive) for Annual General Meeting of the Company;"

"The Company has fixed Saturday, 23rd September, 2023 as the "Record Date" for determining entitlement of members to final dividend for the Financial Year ending March 31, 2023," the Board has said in a regulatory filing.

The Board recommended the said dividend on May 15, 2023. According to the regulatory filing by the Board, "the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting, inter alia, has considered and recommended the final dividend of 125% i.e. Rs 2.50 Per Equity Share of Rs. 2 each for the financial year 2022-23, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Meanwhile, the shares of Goodluck India on Monday closed 2.50% higher at Rs 596.05 apiece on the BSE. The stock declined 2.39% in 1 week. It gained 40.78% in 3 months. The stock surged 23.20% in 1 year. It gained 1315.80% in 3 years, and 685.83% in 5 years, respectively.
