Dividend details of Crisil Limited
Cisil Limited's board of directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 23, per equity share of face value of Re 1 each, for the financial year ended December 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The company has not shared the record date but has shared book closure dates through exchange filing. Saturday, April 1, 2023 to Sunday, April 2, 2023, including both days have been announced as the book closure dates to consider shareholders.
Dividend details of Sanofi India Limited
Sanofi India Limited has announced final dividend of 1940% and a special dividend of 1830%. The board members of Sanofi India Limited recommended a final dividend of Rs. 194 per equity share of the face value of Rs 10 each and a second special dividend of Rs183 per equity share of the face value of Rs 10 each for the financial year ended 31st December 2022, subject to approval by the Shareholders at the 67th Annual General Meeting. The total dividend for the financial year 2022, including the proposed final dividend, one-time special interim dividend and second special dividend, amounts to Rs 570 per equity share of the face value of Rs.10 each.
The company announced the book closure dates and not set a record date. "Resolved to close the Register of Members of the Company from Saturday, 29th April 2023 to Thursday, 11th May 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final and second special dividend for the year 2022.
Dividend details of Schaeffler India Limited
Schaeffler India Limited is paying a dividend of 1200%. The directors of Schaeffler India Limited recommended a dividend of Rs 24 per equity share of face value Rs 2 each. The dividend if declared by the shareholders will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM, which is scheduled on Tuesday, 18th April 2023 as well. The company has given a period of book closure date range, from Wednesday 12th April 2023 to Tuesday 18th April 2023. Its payout ratio is 43%.
Dividend details of Nestle India Limited
The board of directors of Nestle India has recommended its final dividend for the year 2022 of Rs 75 per equity shares of Rs 10/- each, which equates to 750%. The company directors has set 12th April, 2023 as the record date to pay the final dividend. The company has paid total 56 dividends and the highest one was of Rs 135 per share.
